General

What format does my logo's need to be in?

Any format for embroidery is fine.
For DTF your logo needs to be in a vector or PNG file, with a minimum 300dpi and a transparent background.

Logos made professionally should have all of this available. If your item is made in Canva it may not be the best quality possible.
If your logo requires further changes for quality there may be an artwork fee involved.

What brands do you use?

We currently use AS Colour, Ramo and Work Craft.

Some customers choose to supply their own blanks which is possible if you contact us via e-mail to discuss.

We are also open to suggestions on what we should stock in the future.

Can I get a mock up before my items is made?

Mock-ups can be sent on request. Please e-mail creativeedgeandco@gmail.com to request.

Do you do bulk/wholesale discounts?

Yes we offer a bulk order discount.

1-10 items do not receive a discount.
11-30 items receive 5% off.
31+ items receive 10% off.
150+ items receive 10% and free shipping.

How long will my order take?

4 Weeks + Postage

I want something I cannot find on your website?

We are always open for new things.
If you want something in particular but cannot find that item on our website, please get in contact and we can discuss what you are chasing.

Whether it is a particular garment or you want a mixture of DTF printing and embroidery on your garment.

Simply send us an e-mail or contact us via the contact form.

What payments do you accept?

We offer a range of buy now pay later options including Afterpay, Klarna and Laybuy.

You can also use Paypal and your Credit Card/Debit Card.

Shipping

Where do we ship to?

Australia Wide.
International Shipping quotes can be done upon request.

How long does shipping take?

We always recommend on using Express Post if you are in a hurry as this is the quickest way to get your orders.

Please still allow atleast 4-5 business days for your order to arrive this does not include our processing time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is posted you will receive all tracking information via e-mail which you can use to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We have a 30 day return policy from date order is received for change of mind  on ready made products. Items need to be returned in new and un-used condition with all labels and tags still attached to ensure a full refund. 

We cannot return or refund any custom made orders as they have been made to your specific customisations and information.
