Hi there! I am Rikki, the Creative behind Creative Edge & Co. The other two, well that's Jeremy and our son Taj or the "Co". They are my support, TA's and motivation.
I am located in a little coastal town about 450km north of Perth, Western Australia where my business is based from our home.
Our house is pretty full on sometimes. Between a toddler, 3 dogs, a FIFO partner and a baby on the way there is is never a dull moment.
Whether it's the beach or the bush we love to adventure as a family with many days spent at the beach, camping, fishing or taking family holidays to explore our beautiful state.
WE LOVE WHAT WE DO...
Running my own business has always been a dream of mine.
When I first started, I had clear vision of what I wanted to do and that was create custom personalised items for people. Especially being located where we are, the kind of things I wanted to provide were only available online.
For the first couple of years of running the business I was creating cake-toppers, car decals, name decals, releasing seasonal collections and creating items for weddings.
I then started to get enquires into creating uniforms and merch for local businesses. I decided to take the leap and purchase a small embroidery machine, within a year I was already upgrading to something bigger.
The embroidery and printing side of the business quickly gained traction and took over. I decided to niche down and focus on this. I now help a wide range of businesses create funky uniforms and merch for them to sell on.
I still am involved in the wedding industry with creating wedding signage, bridal boxes and custom wedding items.
This brings the business to where I am today. Something I didn't envision it would be but so happy to be here and excited as to where it is taking me.
